Claudine Longet - Cuddle Up With...: The Complete Barnaby Records Sessions (1970 - 1974)
- Actress and former wife of Andy Williams performs light, bouncy, French-pop interpretations of late '60s and early '70s songs by The Beatles, Rolling Stones. Leonard Cohen, The Carpenters, etc. While Longet is not a great singer, she does exude a kind of breathy charm like most French singers of the era. If nothing else, this album is totally worth buying for the super funky bass work of the Wrecking Crew's Joe Osborn.
